Cho’s Chili

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 lb. ground bison
  • 1 large red onion
  • 1 clove of elephant garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Anaheim chili, diced
  • 2 cups red kidney beans
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 ½ Tsp. salt or to taste
  • 2 ½ Tbs. NutraKik
  • 1 Tsp. Chili powder
  • ½ Tsp. Cumin
  • 1 ½ Tsp. Cayenne pepper
 Preparation

In a large skillet add oil and cook onions with garlic until soft. Add the meat and cook all the way through, breaking up the meat with a spatula. Then transfer into a large deep pot. Combine the kidney beans, tomato, chili and corn. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes. Stirring occasionally. Add NutraKik and about 1 ½ tsp. of salt or to taste along with the spices. Spoon into bowls and top with a dollop of sour cream
