  • 1 medium red onion, chopped
  • 1 lb of ground bison/ beef
  • 28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 tbl of butter
  • 1 tbl of Safflower oil
  • 1 elephant garlic clove, chopped
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp dried thyme
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • 1 tsp dried basil
  • 1 tsp coconut sugar
  • 1 tbsp NutraKik



    In a large deep pot sauté the red onion and garlic with the oil and butter until soft. Place the ground bision in the pot and break it up and cook until no longer pink, for about 10 minutes. Pour the can of crushed tomatoes into the pot with the salt, thyme, oregano, and basil. Cook for about 25 to thicken. Sprinkle the sugar and NutraKik and mix well. Serve on top of your favorite pasta and enjoy.
