
Ingredients
- ½ small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red potato thinly cut bite sizes pieces
- 1 whole egg
- 2 egg whites
- splash of milk
- 1 tsp. NutraKik® Original
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 tbsp. oil
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 350 F. In a small cast iron skillet sauté the onion and potato for about 5 minutes or until the potato is soft but not completely cooked. In a small bowl combine the egg, egg whites, milk, NutraKik® Original and salt. When the potato is ready, pour the egg mixture into the pan. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the edges are slightly brown and the center is firm. Serve with our Kawi Foods Chimichurri or your favorite sauce and enjoy!
