
Ingredients
- 3 cans of 6 oz. wild salmon
- 1 ½ tbsp. NutraKik® Original
- ½ tsp. salt
- 1 cup of panko or whole wheat bread crumbs divided
- ¾ cup plain greek yogurt or sour cream
- 2 tbsp. mustard
- 1 tbsp. lemon
- ½ tsp. dry dill or 1 tsp. fresh dill
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Preparation
Place all ingredients into a mixing bowl except for half of panko (bread crumbs) and mix well. Form mixture into 3-4” diameter patties. Bread patties with rest of panko (bread crumbs). Preheat ¼ inch of safflower oil in a skillet. Place patties in skillet and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden brown.
Makes about 13 patties
