Skin on Garlic Mashed Potatoes

  • 2 lbs red potatoes, cubed
  • 1 lb yams, peeled and cubed
  • 3 tbsp. unsalted butter
  • 1 ½ tbsp. NutrKik
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 2 tbsp grated Percorino romano
  • 1 – 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • Salt to taste

In a large deep pot place the potatoes and yams and cover with water. Bring to potatoes to a hard boil for about 15 or until tender yet firm; drain. With a potato masher, mash potatoes to desired consistency. Add the butter, milk, garlic, Pecorino and NutraKik and mixed until smooth and creamy. Add salt to taste, serve and enjoy!
