Three Bean Chili

Ingredients
  • 1 Tbs. Olive Oil
  • 1 large red onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
  • 2 Roma tomatoes, diced
  • 1 Anaheim chili, diced
  • 1 can red kidney beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can black beans (15 oz.)
  • 1 can black eyed peas (15 oz.)
  • 1 cup frozen corn
  • 1 ½ Tsp. salt or to taste
  • 2 ½ Tbs. NutraKik
  • 1 Tsp. Chili powder
  • ½ Tsp. Cumin
  • 1 ½ Tsp. Cayenne pepper 
Preparation

In a large pot add oil and cook onions with garlic until soft. Combine the beans, tomatos, chili and corn. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add NutraKik and about 1 ½ tsp. of salt or to taste along with the spices. Spoon into bowls and enjoy!
