3 Cups of water
1 (12 oz) Frozen bag of artichoke hearts
3 Tbs. NutraKik ®*
1 Tbs. Heavy whipping cream (optional)
1 Tbs. Olive oil (optional) 

Bring water to a boil and cook artichoke hearts for 10 minutes. Puree soup in a blender until smooth. Transfer back into pot (careful when handling hot liquids). Add NutraKik, stir until well blended and serve with the whipping cream or olive oil if desired.
