1.25 Lbs. Ground bison
2 Small red potatoes, shredded
1 Small red onion, finely chopped
½ Cup panko breadcrumbs
2 Tbs. NutraKik ®
2 Tbs. Cilantro, chopped
1 Tbs. Safflower Oil
1 Tsp. Salt

In a medium sized bowl mix all ingredients by hand. Form golf-sized balls and press into patties. Cook on a cast iron skillet for 4-5 minutes on each side or until pink in the middle. Serve and enjoy!
