Pico De Gallo
1 small red onion, finely chopped
6 Roma tomatoes, chopped in cubes
1 Jalapeño, seeded and minced
2 Tbs. Olive Oil
2 Tbs. NutraKik ®
¼ Cup cilantro, chopped
Chop onions and place in a bowl mixed with olive oil, lime and NutraKik to dephlegmate onion, let sit for 5 minutes. Meanwhile, chop the tomatoes and jalapeños then mix well in bowl. Finally mix cilantro well in bowl. Serve and enjoy!
*To seed jalapeño, cut in half and use spoon to scoop out insides. Leave some seeds for a spicier salsa.
