Potato and Yam Hashbrowns

  3 Medium red potatoes
  1 Yam 
  4 Tbs. ground flax seeds
  1/3 cup finely chopped red onion
  ½ Cup crumbled feta cheese
  4 Tbs. NutraKik ®
  4 Tbs. Safflower oil
  Salt to taste 


Shred potatoes and yams into a large mixing bowl. Add onion, flax, salt and NutraKik. Once mixed, add feta cheese then lightly mix one last time.

Heat oil in a large cast iron skillet. While heating, form mix into 3-4” patties. Place patties in pan and cook until golden brown.
