Red Lentil Yam Soup

1 Large red onion chopped
1 Leak chopped
1 Medium fennel bulb chopped
1 Yam diced
10 Cups of water
6 Tbsp. NutraKik ®*
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Tbs. Bragg’s Amino Acids
2 Tbs. Butter

Melt butter in a large pot then add red onion, leak, fennel, and sauté until they are translucent. Add yams, water and lentils together. Cook for 40-45 minutes. Add NutraKik, salt and liquid aminos and stir evenly. Serve and enjoy!
