- Mixed greens
- Jicama, peeled and sliced into matchstick-sized bites
- Toasted pepitas (hulled pumpkin seeds)
- Sliced fresh strawberries
- 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 Tsp. NutaKik® Spicy
- 1/4 Tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 cup olive oil
Combine all ingredients except oil in a blender. With machine running, slowly dribble in olive oil and blend for a minute to combine.
