Chimichurri Potatoes

Ingredients
  • 1 lb. red potatoes, cubed
  • 2 tbsp. Chimichurri, prepared*
  • Salt to taste
Preparation

 Cut potatoes in bite sized pieces and boil them until tender. Once drained, in a large mixing bowl add the potatoes and chimichurri sauce. For best flavor, let the potatoes marinade for a bout 2 hours serve and enjoy!
