Spinach Soup

  • 4 Cups of Water
  • 1 16oz. bag of frozen spinach
  • 4 Tbsp. NutraKik
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 Tbs. Heaving whipping cream or coconut creamer (optional)
  • 1 Tbs. Olive oil (optional)

Bring water to a boil and cook spinach for 10 minutes. Puree soup in a blender until smooth. Transfer back into pot (careful when handling hot liquids). Add NutraKik, stir until well blended and serve with the cream or olive oil if desired.
