Golden Milk Overnight Oats

  • 1/2 cup old fashion rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup of yogurt (for a thicker consistency)
  • 1 Tsp. Kawi Foods Golden Milk
  • 1 Tsp. chia seeds
  • 1 Tsp. hemp seeds (optional, for added protein)
  • 1 Tsp. honey (optional)
  • Serving suggestion: fruit (fresh or dried) nuts, seeds, protein powder, granola, shredded coconut, cocoa nibs 


In a mason jar or container combine all of your ingredients except for toppings and give them a good stir. Refrigerate overnight or at least 5 hours. When ready to eat, top with favorite toppings and enjoy!
