Ingredients
- 4 ears of fresh corn, husked, and off the cob
- 3 tbsp. of butter
- 1 - 2 tbsp. Kawi Foods Taco Seasoning
- 1 lime, juiced
Preparation:
In a medium skillet, melt the butter and add the corn kernels. Sauté the kernels for a couple of minutes and add Kawi Foods Taco Seasoning. Finish off with some lime juice and mix until well combined. Serve and enjoy!
